NZTA scam email back
The New Zealand Transport Agency is warning people to be on the lookout for a scam vehicle licence email currently back in circulation.

While the email appears to be a standard vehicle licensing renewal reminder, with the NZ Transport Agency logo and links to the online transaction website, it is part of a sophisticated phishing exercise.
They may trick you into paying for something that seems legitimate a spokesperson said.
If you’ve received any communication from NZTA that you think is suspicious, please let them know immediately.
Genuine emails come from @nzta.govt.nz or @reply.nzta.govt.nz
Scam email addresses will look similar, but won’t be correct (scam examples include nzta.co.nz, nzta.gov.nz, nzta.qovt.nz, nzta.com
